How Does It Work?

StrengthsMapper uses Mindjet MindManager as its platform. Basic StrengthsMapper®
begins by helping the user to create his or her own Personal Strengths Map (PSM).
This becomes the center of their power tool kit for personal growth and development.

This PSM is the interactive, graphic multi-tool that can help you:

   

Develop a better understanding of your most-useful personality strengths and talents

Visualize your top 5 strengths — color coded by type of use — in the context of how they are best used

In the "Things to Consider" module, associate other, relevant information about yourself such as education, certifications, languages, travel restrictions, etc. Create a complete picture of you or your colleagues.

 

Create a custom, personal Action Plan to develop and enhance your natural strengths and accomplish more of your goals

Periodically, revise the Action Plan as you progress in developing personal strengths so you’ll never outgrow your PSM

Cultivate a mindset that helps you and your colleagues to focus on working to your strengths so your personal and professional environment will be more productive and satisfying
