StrengthsMapperTM Pro is a simple yet powerful and sophisticated program that matches talent with skills that are needed for a particular project. It is an excellent tool for managers, mentors, team builders and analysts to help organize teams based upon personal strengths, as well as basic qualifications of the team members and employees.

How Does It Work?
First, create one or more Talent Pool(s) from Personal Strengths Maps (PSMs).
This becomes the resource basis of employees and / or colleagues and consultants from which to draw.
Using a simple wizard, you will be able to:
Define the Duties (roles) and Responsibilities for the team — You can use a pre-defined description or enter your own custom description.
Select and assign key characteristics required for each Duty and Responsibility — A wizard helps you define color coding and naming of the types of themes (talents or strengths). It's easy to see what personal strengths are required for the perfect team.
Select potential team members from the Talent Pool — The program compares their strengths against the team requirements and allows you to quickly visualize and select team members who have the strengths you need for success.
"Create Team Mapper" module automatically creates a Team Strength Summary map — It summarizes the top strengths of the preliminary team members in a handy interactive map and compares the skills available with the skills being sought. Evaluate and adjust your team to maximize the strengths you need.
